    1.Wild Wing Blue Mountain Restaurant Manager

    Restaurant Manager Duties:
    • Coordinate the entire restaurant operation
    • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
    • Respond efficiently to customer complaints
    • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
    • Organise and supervise shifts
    • Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
    • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
    • Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
    • Control costs and minimize waste
    • Successfully promote and publicise the brand
    • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
    • Monitor operations and initiate corrective action
    • Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
    • Author materials to be used for training and implement training standards
    • Review existing material and provide input and feedback for improvement.
    • Free and willing to work holidays, weekends and nights
    • Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
    • Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
    • Prepare and complete action and marketing plans

    • Maximizes bar profitability by ensuring portion control; monitoring accuracy of charges.
    • Publicizes the restaurant by designing and placing advertisements; contacts local, regional, and national magazines with feature ideas; encouraging local businesses to hold social events at the restaurant.
    • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing Health and Safety Standards.
    • Updates job knowledge Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    2. Servers and Hosts

    We’re looking for outgoing, professional individuals to join our team. As a member of our Front of House Team, you will do everything necessary to ensure 100% of our guests have a “Best in Class” experience.

    In addition to server and host duties, you will:
    – Educate guests about our menu, including Wings 101
    – Work as team to ensure everyone’s success
    – Be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays
    – Participate in training seminars and promotions aimed at perfecting our guest experience and increasing sales
    – Maintain high standards of health, safety and cleanliness (You will get your hands dirty!)
    – Be a representative of our brand at all times

    This position also offers opportunities to grow and develop internally.
    – Work closely with corporate staff to perfect our training and development program
    – Successful employees could become part of our corporate training initiatives

    Minimum Requirements
    – 18+ years old for servers
    – 16+ years old for host
    – Communicate clearly in English
    – Smart Serve Certified

    3. Line Cooks

    As a member of our Back of House Team, you will do everything necessary to ensure 100% of our guests have a “Best in Class” experience while maintaining “Best in Class” health, safety and cleanliness standards.

    In addition to regular duties, you will
    – Follow Wild Wing Menu Specs 100% of the time
    – Avoid waste and practice FIFO
    – Work as team to ensure everyone’s success
    – Be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays
    – Participate in training seminars and promotions aimed at perfecting our guest experience developing your skills
    – Work multiple stations and prioritize multiple competing tasks
    – Have a clear understanding of food and labour costs and perform your duties accordingly
    – Get your hands dirty! And wash them often!
    – Be a representative of our brand at all times
