The 1st annual Sea Otter Canada Festival will be held at Blue Mountain! Featuring a giant expo, live music festival in the Village featuring Alysha Brilla and Lazo, outdoor movies, 10+ Dirt & Road events including the GranFondo and Scarecrow Gravel Race. The festival will offer something for everyone to enjoy, from a large vendor area featuring more than 200 cycling brands, to bike demos, activities for kids, entertainment and local craft breweries and food vendors.

Alysha Brilla
Friday, July 5 at 7pm

2014 and 2015 Juno Nominee and U.K Songwriting Contest winner Alysha Brilla is a critically acclaimed singer, songwriter and producer. She is Tanzanian-Canadian of the Indian diaspora. Her second full length album “Womyn” was released Sept 2014 and the title track was CBC Radio Song Of The Week. She plays guitar, piano and djembe, creating a unique original soul-folk sound which has been featured on stages internationally. Alysha has received many awards and recognitions over the past ten years, including: 2013 CBC Radio Searchlight Regional Finalist, 2009 Toronto Blues Society’s TOP 3 Artists, 2008 91.5 The Beat contest and 2005 Canwest Media’s “Rhythm Of The Future” Winner.
Lazo
Saturday, July 6 at 7pm

Lazo Finn is a high-energy reggae artist with positive uplifting lyrics addressing socio-political, environmental and human rights issues. He began his music career at 15 years of age with a band called Black Blood, and soon after immigrating to Canada, Lazo formed his own band, Unity, to showcase his original compositions. Upon relocating to Toronto, he created The Lazo Band, and released the well-received recording, "Satisfaction Guaranteed." Lazo has also performed at Exodus, the amazing tribute show for Bob Marley.
