    Member Experience Associate – Front Desk
    As part of the Member Reception team, the Member Experience Associate provides the highest level of Member and Guest service at every point of contact through the use of communications, organizational and interpersonal skills, ensuring our Members and Guests receive an extraordinary travel and vacation experience.

    • Embraces Embarc’s Leadership Best Practices and Mission to help create the best vacation experience and memories for our members and guests
    • Acts as an ambassador of Embarc and ensures all members and guests are welcomed throughout the check in and check out process
    • Provides the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with members, guests, management and fellow team members
    • Answer phones in a professional and friendly manner along with concierge services
    • Performs cash handling duties
    • Cover night audit shifts as required
    • Adheres to Embarc’s Standard Policies and Procedure at all times
    • Performs general administrative and other related duties as required
    • Liaises with Vacation Home Quality, Maintenance department
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous front desk/reception experience an asset
    • Guest service experience preferred
    • Administrative and computer skills are assets
    • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written are essential
    • Proven attention to detail required
    • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
