Blue Mountain Village Association is an award-winning destination development and membership services
organization recognized as leaders in the tourism industry. We're now hiring an Administration
Coordinator to help us serve our members and support the organization’s administrative needs.
Responsibilities for Administration Coordinator:
Support real estate sales administration & new membership processes
Deliver office & member services administration, including administrative support to finance and
Office reception services, including greeting guests and members, incoming and outgoing
telephone calls/e-mail, office supplies, shipping and receiving, etc.
Support BMVA’s Member Privilege Program (membership perks and privileges)
Assist in the distribution of regular communications to members, direct, website, e-mail and
Serve as administrative support to the Blue Mountain Village Foundation (BMVF) including
coordination of grant cycles, fundraising events, Board Meetings, etc.
Other Duties as Required
Requirements for Administration Coordinator:
Must have strong customer service, patience, positive attitude, ability to multi-task
1-2 years of office experience
Firm grasp of various technology platforms, channels, and best practices, including:
membership/customer databases, online meeting platforms, social, digital, websites, Apps, email
communication. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, etc.
Must have strong organizational and project coordination skills, as well as attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet
