Happy Valley Candy is located at the base of Blue Mountain ski resort. We are looking for a mature and responsible Retail Associate to join our team. We are currently looking for permanent full/part time candidates to fill our position. As a sales associate you are responsible for maintaining all operations of the store.
 

Job Summary

• Greeting customers
• Assisting customers in a kind and friendly manner
• Completing sales on POS system (Smart Vendor)
• Stocking shelves and creating interesting/creative displays
• Perform various tasks to ensure a neat, clean and well presented store
• Cleaning store

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

• For this position some retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends or days
• Demonstrates initiative and works well in a team environment
• Has own transportation to and from work
• Demonstrates ability to work unsupervised
• Food Handlers Certificate (would be an asset but not required)
• Ability to safely lift 40 lbs
• Part-time hours: 13-40 per week

Job Type: Permanent

• Salary: $14.25-$14.50 per hour
