The Culinary Leader must be culinary-driven because here you will work with the freshest ingredients, the cleanest kitchens, top of the line equipment, and standards of operation.     • Must have culinary leadership experience of 2 years and the desire to learn and grow
    • Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
    • Must Have an understanding of food cost, scheduling, order management, and menu development
    • Must have valid food handlers certificate

    Job Duties:

    • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
    • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
    • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
    • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
    • Oversee kitchen operations
    • Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
    • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
