We look forward to welcoming visitors back to the Village beginning Tuesday, February 16th.  We've all worked very hard to get here and with the health and well-being of staff and guests as our priority, safety protocols will continue to be managed throughout the Village. Plan ahead, be safe.   

When you Arrive
  • When visiting the Village please ensure you continue to follow the personal responsibility code including mandatory face masks, limited group sizes and maintaining physical distancing (6 feet apart). 
  • Most of the Village and the Resort will be using Canatrace for contact tracing. Please be prepared to provide the appropriate Covid-19 screening information when asked.
  • Our Village Ambassadors will be on-site to assist visitors and ensure everyone is following safety protocols.
  • Mask use is required at all times while on Blue Mountain Village & Resort property.
Parking and Amenities
  • In an effort to manage capacity many parking lots across the resort have been reduced in size. To receive timely updates on parking availability opt in to Alto, Blue Mountain's direct messaging service. Text Parking to 705-998-1996 and let Alto guide you.
  • The Village Information Hut is open daily at 11:00 a.m. 
Ski Valet
  • Flash your 5x7®, Ikon Season Pass or BMVA MMP Card and stash your skis and board for free with our Ski Valet located in the Event Plaza
  • Open 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.  No overnight storage.
Shopping Protocols
  • Capacity at all retail stores is limited. If a store is at capacity, guests will be asked to wait in the designated queue space outside the store.
  • Fitting rooms will be sanitized after each use. Any clothing item that is tried on but not purchased will be quarantined prior to being put back on the shop floor.
  • Everyone must sanitize their hands when entering stores and before trying on gloves or mitts.

Dining Protocols
  • Guests are required to wear masks at all times when not seated at a table.
  • All servers and restaurant staff are required to wear a mask and face guard and practice increased hand sanitization.
  • Capacity has been reduced in Village bars and restaurants and seating arrangements have been changed to allow for adequate physical distancing. Reservations are recommended.

Ski and Snowboard
  • To manage capacity on-hill, priority access will be given to Season Passholders (Ikon, Ikon Base, and 5x7®) and guests that have purchased a lift ticket online, in advance.
  • Walk-up lift tickets are not available this season. There will be a limited number of same-day lift tickets available for purchase online, however quantities are limited. Guests are strongly encouraged to plan ahead by purchasing their lift tickets online and in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Please use the chart to the right as a guide to choosing a quiet ski time to help ensure you have space on and off the hill.
  • Plunge! Aquatic Centre will be open Friday to Sunday for aqua fun. Click here to learn more.
  • Woodview Mountaintop Skating, Fat Bike, Snowshoe Rentals, and Hike N' Tube are open with adapted operations.
  • Skating & Hike N' Tube tickets must be purchased online, in advance of arrival. These tickets are limited in quantity and subject to availability.
  • Fat Bike and Snowshoe Rentals are available for walk up purchase at the Fat Bike and Snowshoe Rental Centre across for the South Base Lodge.
  • Access to the Snowshoe Trail Network is open to current Season Passholders (Ikon, Ikon Base, and 5x7®), Explore Passholders, or guests with a Snowshoe Trail ticket which can be purchased at the Snowshoe and Fat Bike Rental Centre.
