Canada’s most unique hiking event with a musical twist! Hike a 5 kilometer trail through the Village, up the mountain through the forests discover dozens of musicians tucked into nature performing with the backdrop of spectacular views of Georgian Bay and the mountain.

The Hikers Adventure
- 1 way up, 2 ways down:
- Hike up Village Way Hiking Trail and enjoy 12 musical stops along the way
- Hike down Cascade Trail (total 5km loop)
- Or, return to the Village by Gondola
- Guests will require a ticket or pass to access the Mountain (see options below)

The Strollers Adventure
- Enjoy artists throughout the Village pedestrian pathways and around the Mill Pond
- Tickets are not required in the Village

On the Mountain

1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

A mountain of music will carry you along the one-of-a-kind Guitar Trail. Follow the acoustic vibe up Village Way and discover dozens of artists along the trail. Then return down Cascade winding through trails filled with the sound of a cascading creek, lush forest paths and scenic views over the area.

In the Village

12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Enjoy live music in the Village.  A variety of entertainers will be performing including local favourites Jess Bowman, Aaron Garner, The Matthew & Richard Jazz Duo, and Shane Cloutier Band on the Subaru Stage in the Events Plaza and Millpond Garden.

Following that, our Headliner TROOPER will play at 6:00 p.m. on the Subaru Stage. Grab a seat on one of the many village patios and enjoy the concert. Visit our dine page to make a reservation at select restaurants.

Yes! Pets are welcome to join your experience in the Village, as well as the Guitar Trail mountain hike. Pets do not require their own ticket. 

Please note: Pets are not permitted on the Open-Air Gondola. 
No, tickets are required to enjoy the artists in the Village. Strollers are not permitted on the hiking trail.
Please be advised that this is an outside event, and guests are encouraged to dress appropriate for the weather. Guests can expect extended walking and standing. There are elements of the show which may require the ability to navigate gradual grades in the path.

Located just 90 minutes north-west of Ontario’s capital city, Toronto, getting to the Blue Mountain Village is easy. We’re off of Highway 26 on Blue Mountain Road, 11 kilometres (7 miles) west of Collingwood and 11 km (7 miles) east of Thornbury.

Park with ease in P1 lot at the roundabout and walk to the Village in 7 minutes.

On high-demand days, P2 and P2A parking lots reach maximum capacity by 11AM. Kindly proceed to P3 at Blue Mountain Inn, a 5 minute walk to the Village

Paid Parking:

There are two paid parking lots available beside the Westin Hotel and in front of Seasons Hotel. Parking in these lots without proof of payment will result in a ticket.

Dress for the weather, layers are the best option to accommodate a variety of conditions and activities. Some attractions require that you wear closed-toe and closed-heel footwear. Running shoes are always strongly recommended. If you are participating in the hike, be sure to stay hydrated and bring water.
