Planning a family getaway for Kids Adventure Week?

Whether your little ones are curious explorers, big on thrills, or just here for the treats, Blue Mountain Village is full of fun for every kind of kid. From sunrise to bedtime, the Village is your family’s basecamp for memory-making.

1. Follow the Treat Trail
Start the adventure with something sweet. Between Happy Valley Candy Co., BeaverTails, Scoops, Cold Truth, and Menchie’s, you’ll find a dessert stop for every craving. It's the tastiest way to fuel the day.

2. Play Big or Get Creative
Hit The Bunker Arcade, challenge your aim at AXED Throwing, or coast through the trees on the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster. Prefer a creative pause? Paint your own masterpiece at Crock-A-Doodle or test your skills on the Cascade Putting Course.

3. For the Littlest Adventurers
Big fun comes in small sizes too. Let younger kids explore the Cocoon Crawl Playscape, roll into the Chutes and Loops Ball Run, swing by the Mill Pond Playground, or splash around at Plunge! Aquatic Centre.

4. Shop Just Their Size
Let them pick out something special at Hatley, Roots Kids, or Jack & Maddy Toy Store. Whether it’s a cozy hoodie, a cuddly plush, or a hands-on toy, the Village has a shop that speaks their language.

5. Quick Bites for Hungry Moments
When you need something fast and tasty, grab a bite from Chuck Burger, Cheezed, Mile High Poutine, or Pita Pit. No fuss, no waiting—just good food that gets you back to the fun.

6. Family Dining, Village Style
Settle in and take your time at family-friendly favourites like Firehall Pizza, Rusty’s at Blue, The Pottery, Camino Taco, or Summitview Mountain Top BBQ. Big tables, great views, and menus made to please everyone.

7. Stay Where You Play
Book a suite right in the Village and keep the car parked all week. With everything just steps away, you’ll spend less time travelling and more time making memories together. Explore lodging options.

8. Explore a Little Further
Looking for a scenic side quest? Hit the Blue Mountain Private Beach or discover local flavours on the Apple Pie Trail. Think farm-fresh snacks, wide open views, and perfect spots for a family photo.
