Discover Scenic Views

Here’s where you get up close with the colours, and where nature brings you a little closer to yourself. Set your own pace across 24 trails covering 30 km of incredible Escarpment scenery. You have your Play-All-Day pass, giving you unlimited access to the Open Air Gondola which takes you 720 vertical feet to the top, making it easy to access your route from the top or the bottom.

Pick up the pace of your exploration and experience the thrill of achievement with the on-mountain riding experience at Blue. Take on the cross-country trails at the top of Blue Mountain or enjoy a spin on the Georgian Trail and explore the region. You can bring your own wheels, or head to Activity Central to rent bikes for the day!

If you prefer a relaxing look at nature, discover the incredible wildlife that reside in our Village ecosystem! Traveling along the wetland shelf of the Mill Pond, the boardwalk provides access to notable amphibian habitat, where visitors can observe tadpoles, frogs, birds, and other wildlife. Interpretive displays are provided at various points, outlining the amphibian lifecycle and showcasing the pond’s flora, fauna and insects.

Family Fun on the Mountain

Spend your day enjoying a selection of Blue Mountain’s 13 outdoor attractions. For the thrill-seeking family, the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster is a must! Control your own speed as you glide through the terrain along one kilometer of track at speeds up to 42 km/hr.

For something a bit tamer, relive your childhood dreams, or make your kid’s dreams come true, by playing on the ultimate tree fort. Canopy Climb Net Adventure is Blue Mountain’s newest attraction, offering suspended rope nets, slides, treehouses and watch tower.

Experience the satisfaction of sinking your axe into the bullseye target at AXED Throwing before or after tapping into your methodical mind as you become immersed in a Virtual Reality at VR Vault Arcade - Conveniently located across from one another, you can jump back and forth between the fun.

For kids who love to splash, swing and slide in the water, Plunge! is just the spot. The heated pools keep Plunge! in play even on cooler autumn days. For the more creative kids, choose your colours and a piece to paint at the Crockadoodle studio, when you’re done they’ll pop it in the kiln overnight for you to pick up the next day to take your handmade souvenir home!

Apple Harvest Festival Weekend

Fabulous fall colours, crisp air, and even crisper apples – These are just some of the ingredients of the autumn harvest experience in The Blue Mountains, the largest apple growing region in Ontario!

Become immersed in the world of Fall as roaming stilt-walkers perform magnificent tricks and stunts throughout the day. The Village is decorated in Fall foliage with pumpkins and painted hay-bales that bring that extra farm-fresh feeling. Don't miss live music on the Subaru Stage, interactive drumming, a barnyard bonanza, and more!

AGORA: PATH OF LIGHT

AGORA is an unusual and magical space inspired by storytellers and cycles of life in nature. As participants walk this circular path, they will encounter a series of interactive lighting installations based on the five elements of air, space, earth, water and fire. The adventure begins with a rare moonlit gondola ride up the mountain, watching the lights of The Blue Mountains reflecting off the Georgian Bay. From there, begin the short 10min walk across the escarpment and through the spectacular and interactive light installations of Agora.

Satisfy Even the Pickiest of Eaters!

There’s no shortage of family-friendly restaurants in the Village. Rise and shine with a hearty breakfast at Sunset Grill to fuel the family for a day of adventures. For parents that need an extra pick-me-up, there are several grab n’ go coffee shops (Royal Majesty Espresso, Tim Horton’s, & Starbucks) so you can keep up with the kids all day long!

For dinner, try a specialty pie at Fire Hall Pizza or head to Kaytoo before 5PM, where kids under 12 can dine for free! Both have kid’s menus, and both have adult libations for the deserving parents!

In between your adventures, choose a quick and delicious option like Camino Taco or Mile High Poutine, or if you prefer to sit, check out one of the 101 flavours at Wild Wing. If you're looking for some extra special treats, indulge in the sweetest parts of the Village with Beaver Tails, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, or Menchie's.
