About the Role
We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager for Mother Tongue Asian Bistro & Cocktail Bar, located in Blue Mountain Village. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily front-of-house operations, inspire your team, and deliver an elevated guest experience rooted in genuine hospitality and seamless service.
You’ll collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams, lead by example on the floor, and ensure that every detail reflects the high standards Mother Tongue is known for.
Key Responsibilities
	- Lead Service Excellence: Oversee daily operations and maintain an exceptional guest-first environment.
- Develop Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach front-of-house staff to deliver polished, personable service.
- Create Memorable Experiences: Ensure every guest leaves with a lasting impression of warmth and care.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with kitchen leadership and bar teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold all health, safety, and cleanliness regulations with consistency and care.
- Drive Results: Use sales techniques, guest engagement, and data awareness to help achieve financial goals.
